Ukraine Advances and Issues Warning to Putin: "We Don't Stop Here!

A frontline commander in the southern region of Ukraine has reported accelerated progress as Ukrainian troops push forward.

The military leader, known by the callsign "Skala," which represents his battalion, stated, "We don't stop here." He confirmed that his forces have breached Russian frontline positions and entered the village of Robotyne, with plans to continue their advance.

Skala emphasized, "Our goal is not Robotyne, our goal is the Sea of Azov." This marks a significant push in Ukraine's counteroffensive launched in June. Russian defenses and minefields had initially slowed the southward movement toward the Sea of Azov.

Ukrainian forces have successfully raised the national flag in Robotyne, situated about 10 km south of Orikhiv. Notably, Robotyne is approximately 100 km from Berdiansk, a Sea of Azov port, and 85 km from the strategically vital city of Melitopol, both of which remain under Russian occupation since the full-scale invasion in February the previous year.

Skala indicated that Ukrainian troops have encountered territories with only "Russian logistics" groups, expressing confidence in overcoming these defenses more easily. He said, "We are moving three to liberate all our territories."

President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed concerns about thin troop distribution and reiterated his belief in Ukraine's ability to regain seized territory from Moscow. Moscow, however, has not confirmed Ukraine's advancement into Robotyne.
